How much does upscaling an image cost?

Pricing scales with output size. Standard is a flat 2 credits per image. Pro is 1 credit per output megapixel with an 8-credit minimum. What is the difference between Standard, Pro and Premium?

Standard is a fast, faithful 4x enlargement that mainly sharpens the detail already in the image. Pro reaches up to 8x and handles very large outputs at the lowest price per pixel, which makes it the best choice for prints. Premium uses a generative model that rebuilds textures, faces and text, so it is the tier to use for blurry, heavily compressed or old scanned photos.

Can I upscale an image to 4K or 8K?

Yes. A 1000-pixel-wide source becomes 4000 pixels at 4x (4K class) and 8000 pixels at 8x on the Pro tier. Standard and Pro allow outputs up to 128 megapixels, Premium up to 32 megapixels. If a combination of image size and scale would exceed the limit, the page greys out that option.

Which image formats and sizes can I upload?

Upload JPG, PNG or WebP files up to 30MB. There is no minimum size — small, low-resolution sources are exactly what the upscaler is for. Results download at full resolution; Premium outputs are PNG, Standard and Pro keep a high-quality photo format.

Does the upscaler work on AI-generated images?

That is one of its main jobs. Images from the AI image generator, humanizer and other tools on this site appear in the history picker, so you can enlarge them for printing or resale with one click. Realism presets survive upscaling — the model adds pixels, not a new style.

Will upscaling change how my photo looks?

Standard and Pro stay faithful to the original and mainly sharpen real detail. Premium reconstructs missing detail, which can subtly reinterpret very blurry regions — that is what makes it effective on low-quality sources. If identity matters, start with Pro and move to Premium only if the result is still soft.

How long does an upscale take?

Standard usually finishes in about 10 seconds, Pro in 15–40 seconds depending on output size, and Premium in 30–90 seconds because it generates detail. The job keeps running in the background, so you can leave the page and find the result in your library.

What happens to my images after upscaling?

Uploads are processed on the AI provider and the result is stored in your private library so you can download it later. Images are never used to train models. Delete any result from your library at any time, and save important files locally — generated media may be cleaned up after a retention period.
