This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of Realistic AI, located at https://realisticai.io. By using our services, you agree to comply with this policy.

1. Purpose

Realistic AI provides AI-powered image generation and editing tools. This policy defines the boundaries of acceptable use to ensure our platform remains safe, lawful, and respectful for all users.

2. Prohibited Content and Activities

You may not use Realistic AI to create, upload, distribute, or facilitate any of the following:

  • Deepfakes or likeness impersonation of real persons without explicit consent
  • Content involving minors (anyone under 18) in any harmful, exploitative, or sexual context
  • Adult, pornographic, sexually explicit, or NSFW content
  • Impersonation of public figures, celebrities, politicians, or deceased persons
  • Fraud, phishing, scams, or misleading advertising
  • Violence, gore, or graphic content — depicting, promoting, or glorifying violence, bloodshed, physical harm, self-harm, or gratuitously graphic or disturbing imagery
  • Hate speech or discriminatory content — attacking, harassing, dehumanizing, or inciting hatred against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic
  • Copyright or trademark infringement, including uploading images of others without permission
  • Any illegal activity under applicable law
  • Violation of platform terms of any service we integrate with

3. Upload Responsibility

You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to upload and transform any images you submit (for image-to-image or image-to-video generation). Do not upload photos of other people without their explicit consent.

4. Content Moderation

We employ multiple layers of content moderation to enforce this policy:

  1. Prompt filtering — Automated keyword and semantic analysis to block prohibited prompts before generation.
  2. Output review — AI-generated content is screened for policy violations before delivery.
  3. User reporting — Users may report policy violations through two channels: by email at support@realisticai.io, or in-product via Send Feedback → "Report Content / Abuse". We review all reports and take appropriate action.
  4. Manual review — Our team reviews flagged content and takes appropriate action.

5. Enforcement

Violations of this policy may result in one or more of the following actions, at our sole discretion:

  • Warning notification
  • Temporary suspension of account access
  • Permanent account termination
  • Forfeiture of unused credits without refund
  • Reporting to law enforcement where required by law

6. Appeals

If you believe your content was incorrectly flagged or your account was wrongly actioned, you may contact us at support@realisticai.io with details of your case. We will review appeals within 5 business days.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
